🎓 Lindsey Nicole Henry (LNH) Scholarship Program

At Empowered Solutions Microschool, we are committed to making high-quality, personalized education accessible to more families. Once our Cognia accreditation is finalized, we plan to participate in the Lindsey Nicole Henry (LNH) Scholarship Program — a state-funded initiative that helps eligible Oklahoma students with disabilities attend approved private schools that best meet their needs.

What Is the LNH Scholarship?

The Lindsey Nicole Henry Scholarship provides funding for eligible students in grades PK–12 to attend participating private schools across Oklahoma. The goal of the program is to give families meaningful educational choices and ensure students with learning differences have access to environments where they can thrive academically and personally.

Who Is Eligible?

Under the current program guidelines, students may qualify if they meet at least one of the following:

• Have (or have had) an IEP (Individualized Education Program) or ISP (Individualized Service Plan)

• Meet eligibility criteria under IDEA (Individuals with Disabilities Education Act)

• Are the child of a military parent who relocated to Oklahoma under permanent change-of-station orders

• Have been in out-of-home placement with DHS or the Office of Juvenile Affairs

• Were adopted from DHS permanent custody

• Are experiencing homelessness

Note: As of 2025, families are no longer required to have attended a public school prior to applying for the scholarship.

We are excited to move forward with this opportunity. Once our Cognia accreditation is officially approved, Empowered Solutions will work to become an approved LNH provider so families can apply this funding toward their child’s education with us.
